    Conditions for Returns

    1. In order to return your order free of charge you must reach out to us within seven (7) days of delivery to be eligible to exchange your item or return for a refund. 
    2. All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. If your item is not returned in its original condition, the item will be shipped back to you free of charge.
    3. Customized or altered items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If by any chance you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, no worries! Please contact us at customerservice@mademoiselle-bridal.com, within seven (7) days of receipt of the item, indicate your order number (order number will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip), and indicate the issue. We will do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items. 

    Exchange Policy

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@mademoiselle-bridal.com. We’ll assist you in finding the right replacement and guide you through the exchange process, free of charge. You have seven (7) days to reach out from when your item has been received.

    Refunds

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

    Changes and Cancelations

    To change or cancel orders, please reach out to us as soon as possible at customerservice@mademoiselle-bridal.com to avoid it being shipped out to you and having to go through our return process.

You hereby waive any applicable rights to require an original (non-electronic) signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, to the extent not prohibited under applicable law. If you do not agree to be bound by this Policy and the Terms, please do not submit and order. You may have certain cancellation or return rights governed by local legislation. Nothing in this Policy will affect your statutory rights.
